Each lesson is about 25 minutes of these three steps. The pause is not empty time — it is the main exercise.

You hear the phrase once, in English, at natural speed.
Pause
The audio stops and waits for you. You recall the phrase and say it out loud — something reading cannot train.
Confirm
Then the correct version plays, and you compare it with what you said.
